I want to say thank you to the technician that came to my October 10th appointment from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
I was having speed issues after a recent service shutdown in my area.
When he arrived, he was VERY respectful and nice (a nice change from my experience with another company), and he even cracked jokes. It was a great experience throughout the whole appointment.
He replaced my modem and all the connectors on the Coaxial cables inside and outside of my house, and installed a grounding cable.
I don't remember his name, but I just want to say thank you to him.
