Thanks Kabita!

I can’t lie, I’ve had my frustrations with my wifi and customer service at times but my rep, Kabita, was so sweet and helpful. It might help to speak to people as you’d wish to be spoken to, and the agent is not the person at fault for connectivity issues. My connection was ironically dropped before I able to leave a proper review, so I hope their supervior/managers see this one.  Thanks Kabita, I hope you keep your kindness!
