The most awesome conversation!

Hello and good day to whomever reads these. Hope everything is going well for you and yours.

I wanted to post here because,sadly, the 'rate your call' prompt never came to me via sms or e-mail and I promised I would give her a shining review! So I hunted this forum down in the hopes she will get recognition and to fulfil my promis to a new friend :).

Ok, so, other than not getting the prompt after the call, I am real bad with names, like, horrid lol so, I dont know how to spell her name BUT I can say I can try and sound it out from memory. Her name sounded like Mimi, Meemi, Mhaimi, Mini, Minme, somthing like those.

She works at one of the customer service department call center that handles at home internet billing problems. She is Indian, used to have an orange cat like I do she made sunglasses for and loved the color White. 

We spent 2 hours talking about many things and it was so lovely and nice to just chat with someone like her. She was so kind, informative and just a very enjoyable being to talk to. I appricate her and what she does imencly! She is a bright star out there and I wanted her to know that she brought a smile to my face AND helped me with my problem.

This women deserves respect and kindness. I wish I could contact her directly to ask for a review prompt but I hope this makes it to her somehow.

Sorry Mimi! I don't know how to spell your name or how to contact you but i send to you wishes of great fortune, happieness and strength for the days ahead of you, wherever your path brings you.

And allways remember, people wrong target thier anger on whomever is closest to them or talking to them when they are really mad at something else. It's never you that is the problem. Know that ♥️
