Todd got me setup in my new apartment

I had worked with a few different agents over the course of a day and none were able to help me get my internet working, telling me I needed a service appointment which wouldn't happen for a few days. Todd correctly diagnosed my problem, was super friendly, and definitely made my day! Thanks Todd!!!
