Am I eligible for Xfinity Mobile? (Answered)
If you have Xfinity Internet, you can bring your own compatible phone, smartwatch, or tablet to Xfinity Mobile.
Based on a credit screening or your payment history as a customer, you may be able bring your own compatible devices to up to 10 total lines and purchase phones, tablets, and smartwatches on device payment plans (DPPs) with Xfinity Mobile.

If you're the Primary user on your Xfinity Internet account, you're all set to use your existing Xfinity ID to sign up at xfinitymobile.com, visit an Xfinity Retail Store, or contact us at 1-800-XFINITY.
If you can't remember your Xfinity ID and password, find your login information.
What if I don't have Xfinity Internet service?
To sign up for Xfinity Internet service, follow these steps:
- Go to the Xfinity Internet homepage.
- Enter the address where you want Xfinity Internet.
- View current offers and build a package that fits your needs.
- Add your package to the cart.
- Follow the checkout prompts.
- Return to Xfinity Mobile to set up service.
All credit screenings performed by Xfinity Mobile are soft inquiries. If you agree to a credit screening, but there’s a lock or freeze on your credit file, contact your credit bureau to have it lifted or removed.
