If you ever change your username or password, the change will be applied wherever you access Xfinity services. If you're having trouble logging in to your Xfinity app or online account, there are a few things you can try to recover your information.
Bills stay separate
In billing, your Xfinity Mobile account stays separate from your other Xfinity services. You will receive two separate bills: one for your Xfinity Mobile charges and one for your Xfinity Internet charges.
