Pay off your Xfinity Mobile past-due balance with a repayment plan (Answered)
***Updated 6/23/2026***
If you have a past due balance, a repayment plan can help. It lets you pay what you owe in smaller payments over time instead of all at once. A repayment plan can make your bill easier to manage and help you keep your Xfinity Mobile service active.
Things to know
- You can split a past-due balance into up to 6 or 12 payments, depending on how much you owe.
- You can have only one repayment plan at a time.
- Repayment plan payments use automatic payments.
- Your repayment plan payment may be due on a different date than your regular monthly bill.
- To keep your plan active, you must pay both your repayment plan payment and your regular monthly charges on time.
- Xfinity sends an email reminder before each payment.
- If you miss a repayment plan payment, you have four days to make a payment.
- If you don't pay within four days, your plan may be canceled and your service interrupted.
- Missing a regular monthly payment can cancel your plan and interrupt service.
- One-time payments lower your past-due balance. They do not replace or count toward your scheduled repayment plan payments.

FAQs
Can I add a new line or buy a new device while I’m on a repayment plan?
No. You can’t add lines or buy devices while you have an active repayment plan.
Can I change my payment dates or start a new plan?
No. Once a repayment plan starts, you can’t change or restart it. Only one plan per account is allowed.
Do my repayment plan payments happen on my regular bill date?
Not always. Repayment plan payments may be due on a different date than your regular monthly bill.
What happens if I make a one-time payment while on a repayment plan?
A one-time payment lowers your past due balance. It may reduce the number of payments left or lower your final payment. It does not replace your next scheduled repayment plan payment. Your next payment date and amount stay the same.
Can I pay off the repayment plan early?
Yes. You can make a one-time payment at any time to pay off the remaining balance in full.
