How do I resume service on a line that was suspended due to a billing issue?
If your Xfinity Mobile account was suspended due to an expired payment method or other billing issue, add a new card and pay off your outstanding balance to resume it.
How do I resume service on a line I temporarily suspended?
When you want to resume service on the line, chat with us.
Remember, as the primary account holder, you can suspend service on active lines for up to 14 days. Service will automatically resume on the 15th day — unless you contact an Xfinity Mobile Specialist for other arrangements.
