2gen fire tv won’t update xfinity

Can’t update xfinity app on fire tv. I’ve tried to delete app and reload still won’t update.

If "2gen fire tv" means "Amazon Fire TV (2nd Generation)", https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201497590 says the latest update is FireOS 5.2.9.5, which is no longer supported for the Stream app.
