7days now of no streaming for live tv. Using your phone to cast only works limitedly

It’s been 7 days now  of no streaming live tv. No workaround, no ETA!  You can only cast from your phone. Even that shuts off and glitches. Says my server can’t be authenticated. Closed caption never shuts off.. and yet I paid my bill.  

The uninstalling, clearing the cache signing in and out. None of that matters or works.

Feeling extremely frustrated as a customer.
