Activate peacock

Since my account wasn’t working with my subscription I permanently closed my peacock account so my Xfinity peacock activation supposedly got linked too that account .. I made a new peacock account tried too activate again my subscription with my new email and it says that Xfinity peacock is already associated with another account but I never used it and I try to get it back from my old account but I can’t because I permanently closed disable my old email associated with my peacock

user_f404gp Thanks for reaching out for help with your current Peacock activation issue. To confirm when you are trying to activate Peacock through us, are you using the same email associated with the Primary user ID for the account?

Yes I Am but it says Xfinity account linked too another account

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
