Add Starz app

I just purchased STARZ and I cannot get the app on my TV. I need you to take care of that or allow me to login with STARZ and it doesn’t allow that it just makes me want to purchase something separate. Can you take care of that please?

When I go into Starz in general (notthe app), it wants me to purchase a subscription. I have already paid for it. It does not give an option for me to just log in, which I thought was really odd.

@user_268wl3 Just to clarify, are you able to view any of the Starz channels themselves? Is this concern specific to the Starz app itself on a smart TV or phone? A few years back Starz begin requiring a subscription directly through the app itself if you wanted to use their app. Your cable subscription wouldn't cover that. In order to view Starz with your cable subscription you would need to use a cable box, Xumo box or the Xfinity Stream app.
