Thanks for reaching out to us I do hope you are enjoying your holiday week and I do understand your concern on needing more time to pay your bill. This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-payment-arrangement has great information on our self-service option on how to set up payment arrangements via our awesome Xfinity app.

 

If you're accounts eligible,  you will see a pop-up banner asking if you need more time to pay and it will walk you through setting up the payment arrangement
