Cancelation

I have tried several times to cancel now tv because it literally only works on my phone. Xfinity was prompt in adding it to my bill but will not remove it even though I've called 3 dif times asking for it to be dropped. I'm still being charged for something I can't use. Cannot change anything thru the app also, as it does not work either.

@user_lfjdge You can downgrade from NOW TV through your Flex streaming TV Box, online account, by contacting us, or visiting an Xfinity Retail Store.

If you want to cancel your NOW TV service, you can do so right from your Flex streaming TV Box. Here’s how:

 

Navigate to the Flex Home screen on your streaming TV Box.

  1. Navigate to the Flex Home screen on your streaming TV Box
  2. Select Settings at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Select the Apps & subscriptions tile.
  4. On the Manage subscriptions page, select Unsubscribe.
  5. To confirm you’d like to unsubscribe from NOW TV with Peacock Premium, select Unsubscribe again.
  6. Your NOW TV and Peacock Premium subscription will end immediately. Select Unsubscribe to continue.
  7. You’ll see a confirmation message that you’ve successfully canceled NOW TV and Peacock Premium. Select Okay to finish.

I never received a flex streaming TV box nor was I made aware I would need one. That would definitely be a game changer probably if I had one. If I have to pay a monthly fee for one or buy one on my own, would that really be worth having now tv?
