CBS streaming app is telling me I’m not an authorized user

Good evening, I’m trying to watch the cbs streaming app and it’s giving me the error: Check auth-z failed. User is not authorized

How do I fix this? I watch this app all the time under my xfinity account. Why is it all the sudden telling me I’m not an Authorized user? I tried clearing cache but it didn’t help.
