We are aware of an issue causing the Stream App some LG and Samsung TVs to default closed captioning to always be on. We are working hard to get it fixed as soon as possible for impacted customers. We expect to have an update to the app that will resolve this coming soon. Please ensure you continue to check for updates to your Xfinity Stream app via your Samsung or LG TVs to receive that update when it is available. Thank you again for your continued patience.
