channels missing on tv app but not on mobile and computer app

my xfinity stream app on my tv is missing the local channels, that are included in my package when I go to favorites it shows the message that I can only view some channels if I'm connect to my home wifi, which I am. 

I have restarted the app, the tv and the router, I have also deleted the app and reinstalled, xfinity chat ai, refreshed the account but the channels are not there. I can go to the xfinity stream app on both my mobile device and my computer and they are there.
