Closed captioning not working

Closed captioning stops after a few minutes when activating this option under the xfinity apps

user_g66izl Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your Closed captioning cutting out after a few moments. I use the Closed Captioning on every streaming app on my X1 box and haven't run into any issues recently. Could you tell me if you are using one of our X1 TV boxes, and what app are you running into issues with?
