Connect a tablet to an Infiniti account

So it won't let my tablet connect to the internet and I was wondering if you can connect a tablet to our Infinity service

Thank you for posting on our community forums, user_bqqm8j. You should be able to connect to the internet with a tablet. What happens when you try to connect to your network? Are you getting an error message?
