DVR won’t sync to app

DVR not syncing to app. Have tried signing out and back in and syncing with home DVR.

Hi there, @user_jmzc7t! We appreciate that you took time out of your day to reach out about the DVR syncing with the Xfinity Stream app. I am not seeing this as a known issue but have seen others reporting this recently as well. We run through our troubleshooting steps and open a ticket on your account if the issue is unresolved. Thank you for signing out and back in and well as for using the sync option. That is where I would have started too! Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app? Are you noticing this in a specific device using the Xfinity Stream app or have you noticed it on more than one device? (If you have more than one device that you use.)

I just started having this problem in the past two weeks. 

I can’t watch any recorded programs on my smart tv anymore through the Xfinity app . I can see the recordings but when I hit “Watch” it says “Unfortunately, there’s a problem with DVR playback. The good news program name is available on demand.. “

I have tried going to the settings on the box and syncing the DVR. That does not work. I’ve tried resetting the box.  that does not work. I have tried uninstalling the app. That does not work. What’s left?
