Error code TVAPP-00349

WHY ???  I have spent weeks on resolving not only my issues with Xfinity as well as my ex husband.  They determined his DVR was damaged so showed up with a new one.  They then charged him 140.00 ..  their equipment, their responsibility.  It has been less than a month and I still can’t watch recorded shows AND on most of them On Demand doesn’t even work.  Can someone please tell me what the problem is?  No, I don’t have to be home to watch shows !  What is the point in recordings if you can’t view them?  Downloading takes too much time and again, defeats the purpose of a DVR.  Can someone please explain this to me ?!!!  Thx

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

Same issue here seems to be no resolution -maybe they don’t  have the ability or tech to support this
