Error Code [Edit: All Caps]

My xfinity stream keeps saying "your guide isnt loading right now" with error code tvapp-00500 and also is saying "failed to obtain session" with error code tvapp-00166 i have not been able to talk to anyone reguarding this via chat support or phone!! i am so upset about this and not being able to get the proper help is absolutely insane.....can someone pleaseeeeeeeee help me 

PS I have "NOW TV" [Edit: All Caps]
