Error message 57006
I’m overseas and have plenty of iPad storage yet. It won’t let me download anything. I’ve taped from my DVR to watch on the plane. Netflix works just fine. Why does XFINITY constantly have these problems with increases and rates? You would think they’d be on the ball

The error message 57006 typically occurs because the Xfinity Stream app has restrictions on downloading content outside the United States. While you can stream content from the app, downloading it for offline viewing is not supported when you're abroad. This restriction is in place due to licensing agreements and regional content rights, which limit the ability to download certain programs outside the U.S. We understand this can be frustrating, especially when traveling, and we appreciate your feedback.
