Can you help me? I have a new IPad and I’m trying to access Xfinity Stream live channels but it’s only showing a total of 3 channels on the guide, sometimes I get a code TVAPP-00100

@user_l4cgwc, thanks for your comment. Can you try Force Closing the app and relaunching? Also, are you trying to stream while connected to your in-home Wi-Fi?
