firecube channel guide not working

Whenever I push right to being up the channel guide, the program basically hangs and goes to the mains channel guide. Did uninstall reinstall cleared cache. Did hard reboot. No dice. After first full reinstall it worked twice. 68 percent free space in firecube.

Thank you for reaching out @drbob2112 I am sorry to hear of this issue. Which generation Fire Cube are you using?

drbob2112 is the Xfinity Stream App the only streaming platform that you experience this issue with? Can you remove the power source that goes to the Fire Cube for about 2-minutes and then plug it back in and see if the issue repeats itself?

Tried that as part of the hard reboot.  This was after clearing the cache and restarting. Then clearing data and restarting. Then removing the app, and reinstalling and then restarting.  We killed power to it for about 2 hours by physically unplugging it, and the issue persists.
