Fox News not viewable on Xfinity Streaming

why is fox news not available on xfinity streaming?  All other channels work just fine!

Same thing happening here it's also happening on my desktop computer streaming all channels seem to be fine except for Fox News That's not suspicious at all

Same here, a few days ago it started going black during the ads.  Then last night it just went black all the time.  

I downloaded the Fox News App, and that is working, for now.

For years I never had trouble streaming Fox News on my laptop until yesterday (6/19).  3 phone calls to Xfinity and still no resolution.  We pay $380.00 per month for their service and no resolution!  Time to change services!

Foxnews app won't authenticate with xfinity.  It has been working for years now it doesn't on iPhone or iPad as of about three weeks ago.  It is also hit and miss on Apple TV.However Fox business does work. What's the fix.  I've already cleared the cache, deleted the app then restarted the phone and reinstalled Foxnews app to no avail.

FNC has been out all morning "Sorry, we're having trouble connecting" message.  Xfinity has had a continuing issue with dropping FNC when all other channels are active, including Fox Business Channel.  Can't reach a "live" person via phone...same ineffective robotic process to get absolutely no help.  Have used "system refresh" numerous times and no change.  Automatic phone system offers to do the same thing or directs to online contact with a "virtual agent".  No help whatsoever!  Why is FNC the only channel with connection issues consistently???  CNN never seems to be having any trouble connecting.

Have reinstalled xfinity apps and still not working. Worked until today and now is stuck on commercial break message and never returns. Other channels working. What is up?

I have noticed this many times over the last year and again this morning. Seems a little sketchy that all channels work except FOX NEWS. Maybe XFINITY is left leaning as they try to push FOX NEWS out.

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Is this just impacting the Xfinity Stream app, or do you have the same issue accessing Fox 5 on everything? You mentioned your access was being denied. Are you seeing any kind of error message, like "You are not subscribed," "Not available in your area," "Something went wrong," or is it just a blank screen?

I just moved out of state in September and had to get Xfinity-I had Fios in my previous home. I told the rep the channels I wanted, including Fox News channel. He assured me if I got the internet and added Now TV with the Xfinity Streaming on my TVs, I would be able to get Fox News. I have had a lot of trouble hooking up my TVs for the streaming and could NOT get Fox News without issues. I did some research and apparently also, according to Xfinity’s website 

“Currently, NOW TV is not available on Apple TV, LG TV, or Samsung Smart TV. For more on compatible devices, review Xfinity Stream app minimum system requirements.” I was NOT asked if I had a Samsung or LG-which I have both. I am not happy as I feel I was deliberately deceived.

user_4w9ns6 I apologize the agent didn't cover equipment needed in case the TV isn't able to support the app. Do you own any streaming devices like a Roku or Firestick by chance you can put the streaming app on?

Fox News is not coming on cable, via Xfinity. The error message says that Xfinity is working on it…FOR THREE DAYS now. All my other NEWS channels and all are FINE. I took a screen shot of the guide, there is a star to the left of the Fox News yet none on any other channel. Also the error message says to chat with Xfinity or watch Fox on our iPads, computers till fixed. AGAIN THREE DAY’s and only FOX?!! I smell FOUL [Edited: "Language"]!!!! I cannot post the screen shot of the TV showing the star. Anybody else having issues?  AND To the Xfinity people WHAT IS UP? And do not shine us on!! WE PAY FOR THIS SERVICE!!!
