Help with accessing Peacock Premium that’s supposed to be included with my monthly service.

I can’t access Peacock Premium included in my monthly subscription.  I have tried instructions on xfinity and peacock websites, including trying to unlink and reactivate my Peacock account.

Hi there user_b0mvgi, thanks for reaching out through our community forums! As a fan of a lot of the content on Peacock, I truly apologize that you haven't been able to access it. To get a better idea of the issue, are you signing into Peacock through Xfinity for the first time, or did you lose access to it after it had been working previously?

@XfinitySean​ I already had a Peacock account but have never had or been able to access the premium version.  I have tried accessing through xfinity and also Peacock.
