How do I decouple my Netflix account from Xfinity?

Thanks for reaching out to us, depending on how your plan is set up will warrant how you can remove Netflix from your Xfinity account and pay for Netflix. If you log into your Netflix account it should show if you're paying for it on your Xfinity bill or if it's included in your Xfinity plan.

If you're paying for it separately and just have the Netflix charges on your Xfinity bill you can change your payment options by logging into Netflix.

If the Netflix is part of your bundle account then you would have to make a change to your residential services to remove that netflix subscription
