hulu streaming not working from xfinity X1
Have Xi6 xfinity box and hulu app comes up fine but any video on demand gets an error P-DEV310. How can I fix this issue

Hulu is no longer working through Xfinity on either of my TVs. I can enter the app but once I chose an episode I get error P-DEV310. I had to go through the TV remote (not Xfinity remote) and log into the Hulu app through that for it to work. Xfinity needs to update the app.

Same problem with the Flex "box"--Hulu comes up fine, but I can't play anything. This has been going on for days!

I've been having the same issue with my Hulu app in the xumo stream box. I went through a whole troubleshooting session with Hulu. If it's on their side, it must be in an update they pushed to Xfinity customers. The workaround is going through Disney+. Not great, but it works. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

I got through to a live agent at Xfinity - they are trying to replace some files on the box. They say it’s a 1-2 hr process so fingers crossed! Google solutions I found for this error don’t apply to Xfinity hardware.
