I can't get football game on xfinity stream. Says I'm not connected to my home network but I am connected. How do I get this to work?

Yes - called support - was on phone for over 3 hours - was told a more advanced rep would be calling me back within an hour and a week later I haven't received a call and the problem persists. Can you help?
