@Zahroc,At what point are you getting this error, after logging in, or when trying to watch programming? Have you tried clearing cache & cookies, and or uninstalled then reinstalled the app?

After logging in. I have tried different browsers, different computers, etc. and always the same error message. I am no longer a Xfinity customer, but I was told I would still have access to my purchased content as to what I am trying to access.
Great question! If you’ve disconnected Xfinity service but previously purchased content (like movies or shows), here’s how you can still access it:
Accessing Purchased Content After Disconnection
Even without active service, you still own any content you purchased through Xfinity, and you can continue watching it using the Xfinity Stream platform. Here's how:
Use the Xfinity Stream App or Website:
Go to xfinity.com/stream or open the Xfinity Stream app (available on most mobile devices and smart TVs).
Sign in with the Xfinity ID (email or username) associated with the account you used to purchase the content.
Once signed in, go to "Purchases" under the Library or My Content section to find your purchased movies and shows.
Make Sure Your Xfinity ID Is Still Active:
If you're having trouble logging in, try the Xfinity ID recovery tool or reset your password. As long as your ID is active, you’ll retain access to your purchases.
