I was logged out in the middle of watching streaming
Please explain the logic of logging me out in the middle of watching a show to ask me to change my password xfinity?
Not logging me out when first log in to the site. Not throwing the "change your password" while logging in. NO logging me out in the middle of a streaming session.
Then once I log back in after changing my password - throwing an error message that the site is only for customers.
Who is responsible for these decisions?
