Is there any way on ROKU to enable Skip forward and skip back?

The ROKU standard is that the forward and back "arrow" keys should skip forward and back. Instead they invoke fast forward and reverse. This is not correct. Also, in fast forward and reverse, you shoudl be able to see the program, instead the progress bar changes, but the picture is frozen. is there some way to fix these two issues?

I don't believe it has ever worked property.  I just started to try using a ROKU in place of a set-top-box. The App is simply not following the ROKU standard.

user_d6def3 Have you checked the Xfinity stream app on another device to see if those features are present there? Our Xfinity stream app may not work along with all of the Roku features since it is a standalone app.
