MGM+ not showing all shows that are available with personal subscription

I subscribe to MGM+ through Xfinity.  It no longer lets me watch all of the shows that are available through a personal MGM+ subscription (subscribed directly through MGM+ - not through Xfinity).  It also doesn't have a "search" field available so I can search for shows.  This is a change from just a few weeks ago.  I used to watch the series "In the Heat of the Night" through my Xfinity MGM+ subscription, but it's no longer available even though it is available if I log into MGM+ with my personal subscription.  (In fact, the MGM+ on Xfinity doesn't offer any TV series - just Original, Movies, Kids, "Extras", and Channels.)

How do I restore access to all MGM+ offerings on the Xfinity version of MGM+, including a search field?

(To access MGM+, I press the Xfinity button on the remote and navigate to Apps.)

I can see how it would be frustrating, not being able to access all the content. I'm happy to help get you in the right direction. Before we get started, are there any troubleshooting steps you have already tried with your box such as, rebooting it, signing out of the App, and signing back in? Additionally, are you able to access the content online with your Xfinity credentials?

I rebooted the box.

I contacted Xfinity (via chat).  They said they resynched and reinitiated something.  They opened a ticket number CR 241091424.

I don't see any way to log out of the MGM+ app on the TV. 

The "MGM+" that's available to me is listed under "Populate Networks" - not "Apps".  I don't remember if that's how it was before (when I had access to TV series).  But, once I'm in it, the left corner of the screen says "Applications/MGM+".  There is no settings icon - no profile icon - nothing that looks like and "account" - just the categories of things I can watch.

I have not tried to "get out of the Xfinity" area on the TV and get directly to my "smart TV" section to try to access the MGM+ app outside of Xfinity.  That's too difficult for us to do.  I only access apps via the XFInity remote - press the Xfinity button and navigate to apps.

I just cancelled the MGM+ subscription.  I can get the show I want on another app without paying the fee to Xfinity for what appears to be only a partial subscription to MGM+.
