Mobile stream app casting

I have the xfinty stream mobile app on my android device. I have 3 TVs that all run Google TV with Chromecast built in. The app is supposed to be able to cast to Chromecast devices but only 2 of the TVs will show up as being able to cast to and the other one doesnt show up in the drop down list. I can cast other apps to that TV but not the stream app so Chromecast is working on that TV. Why won't it cast to that TV?

What is the 3rd TV?

@XfinityMelinda the tv that will not show up in the drop down is a Hisense tv. I have other hisense tvs that do show up and work. I am on the same network

@user_6uvnjn do you have the model of the Chromecast device? These devices offer the best compatibility and performance with the Xfinity Stream app on Chromecast.

Chromecast 4th gen (Chromecast with Google TV, 4K or HD version)
Chromecast Ultra

@XfinityThomasC It is a 2026 Hisense tv with chromecast built in. Not a separate dongle. Just like my other tvs that do work.

@XfinityThomasC this is not the exact same issue. I can cast other apps just fine. The chromecast is working. Only xfinty stream will not cast.
