Motion issues only while using xfinity streaming on my Samsung tb

I have tried all of the fixes for this from this stream as well as online in other forums. It only happens, as in the other complaints, while using xfinity streaming. Not in any other streaming apps. 

What gives and when can it be fixed.

My other device is direct connected to the cable box. This device is connected via internet/wifi. It only happens when watching the xfinity streaming app, not with Hulu, Netflix, or any other streaming app.

@XfinitySheila​ my other device is connected directly to the cable box. The device that is problematic is connected via internet/wifi. This doesn't occur with any other streaming app, only xfinity streaming.  Not Hulu, Netflix, and the others.

Why is it taking so long to get a response on this issue? It's been 9 days. 3 days ago you asked about tbe manufacturing date on my TV and I responded. So what's the importance of the date and the answer to rectifying the issue?
