Greetings, @user_wswfgc! We want those apps working for you too and are the right place for further assistance. I need some more information to best help. What type of Xfinity box are you using such as a wireless TV box or Xfinity Xumo box? This link shows the different X1 box types, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-hub-vs-companion-box

Do you get Netflix and Apple TV through StreamSaver?

Have you visited xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions to activate ESPN (or the other apps you subscribe to)?

It is a xumo box. We do get Netflix, Appletv and ESPN through Stream Saver. I have visited my subscriptions on Xfinity and it shows that the apps are active.

Yes, Hulu, Disney, Peacock and Paramount, prime - they all work fine.

Strangely, we disconnected the xumo box from the tv and unplugged it from power, and Netflix worked but the other apps mentioned before did not.

user_wswfgc Will all those other apps working fine that does seem pretty strange the ones above are having issues. Seems like your TX box is not getting a good signal. How far away from your modem is the XUMO box?

The xumo box sits directly above the shelf from the router, so within inches of the router and the tv is above the xumo and router.
