Non-working box for 4 weeks
I have a box that hasn't been working for 4 weeks I've been calling for 4 weeks to try to speak to a person I have taken my box to the Comcast store and they say they don't have anymore of those boxes so I had to call customer service I've been requesting for 4 weeks for someone to call me and I keep having to speak to an assistant via text this is unacceptable I pay entirely too much money for my services not to be able to watch TV
