Paramont+ freezing
Paramount plus continues to always freeze to the point it's almost unwatchable. Comcast continues to say there's no known issues but there's pages of know complaints on there website. If I intermittently pay I'm sure you would hold me accountable. So I ask is why do we all have to continue to pay for a service you refuse to make work.

We can’t wait watch Mayor of Kingston either,it’s unbelievable. Comcast should credit its costumers for this.We have gone in ,called ,reset ,deleted ,reloaded and still does it. It’s on Comcast’s end. They need to fix this or credit the consumers. This is just wrong for what I pay for cable this is not right. Come on Comcast fix your dang problems we’re paying for it

I am having the same issue with Paramount Plus. I have tried all the suggested "fixes" as far as rebooting, signing in and out, unplugged the modem, cable box ect. What I don't understand is I can watch it on my laptop, tablet and phone, but not the main cable boxes. No other streaming app does this, only Paramount Plus. WHY? The only name I can find about the device I am using is this:
Living Room
PC PX013ANM
I also have a second cable box (from Comcast) with the same issues. Clearly this is a Comcast issue and its getting to the point of beyond frustration.
