Paramount app on xfinity is extremely slow. However when I switch over access to my old at&t box Paramount streaming works fine.

Hi @user_1kp6no, thank you for posting on our Xfinity Forums Community platform! We want things to work great for you and are happy to help! Have you tried sending a system refresh signal to your Xfinity box? You can do that by saying “system refresh” into your Voice Remote, pressing the “A” button and navigating to the refresh option on the right side of the menu, or by typing system refresh into our Xfinity Assistant. How long has the issue been happening?
