Paramount plus freezing on x1

Have disconnected and reconnected box, reset on line- still freezing about 2 mins in to episode 2 of 1883.

Hello @user_3da5f2, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your cable. Is it only freezing on Paramount Plus or any app or channel you watch?

Just paramount plus and seems to be around episode 2 of 1883.  It seems to be this one box as well.

Are you able to view all the other episodes of 1883, and what's the model number of the box that's having the issue? There's always a chance we need to upgrade the box or this could be an issue with that exact episode.
