Paramount Plus on demand episodes keep freezing

For the past few weeks, I’ve started running into an issue where an episode from a tv series I’m watching through will stop playing and after freezing/“buffering” for a while pop up an error message, preventing me from watching the episode, which in turn halts my ability to watch the season through. I’ve tried multiple TVs, unplugged/reset the DVR box, unplugging the individual cable box and TVs, and the problem remains. I switched to a different series because of the issue and now after four episodes have run into it again. Extremely frustrating. Our On Demand box is only 30% full, our WiFi internet speeds at the cable box is 360mb/s download, and I just can’t figure out what’s wrong.
