Paramount Plus
Paramount Plus keeps buffing on x Finity. Makes anything unwatchable. It has nothing to do with the app or WiFi. The cable box is hardwired and the app works flawlessly when using a smartphone or WiFi enabled tv. What the [Edit: Language] is the problem Comcast?????

Hey there, @user_afuiqn. That is definitely frustrating when you're trying to navigate through a 3rd party app and bumping into issues when attempting to watch a show. What sort of troubleshooting steps have you taken from your end? Have you tried to use the refresh option under the troubleshooting tab on the X1 cable box? Have you perform a power cycle to the cable box yet?

We are having the same issue. Paramount Plus always buffered when loading a program, but would then show the program without freezing or lagging. The issue started last week with the constant freezing during the program, making it unwatchable. Not just one particular program, all of them. Agree, nothing to do with the App or Wifi, hardwired cable box to TV. We rebooted the box, sent a refresh signal and cleared the cache on the TV from the streaming apps. Problem continues.

I have the same problem and it is getting worse. Paramount Plus has always been frustratingly slow to launch on Xfinity but this week, watching TV shows on Paramount Plus has become impossible: the shows stall at the end of the first act, the rotating ball goes around and round and I get error message 3200. Xfinity PLEASE NOTE: I spoke with Paramount Plus and their representative told me that error 3200 has been widely reported to them and is unique to Xfinity subscribers accessing Paramount Plus through the X1 box. If P+ is aware that this problem is widespread among Xfinity customers, it will seem to me awfully disingenuous if your response shows no awareness of this issue. In any event, P+ says that addressing the issue is a high priority for them so I hope you will also make it a high priority for you. They say that no amount of rebooting or scaling back use of other devices on my part will resolve the issue. They say that they have to deal with it and they'll let me know when its resolved. I hope you are also taking this as seriously as they are and will reach out to them and give them all the help they need.

I have the same issue. Xfinity box on my TV so it’s not using WiFi. I have Restarted and Refreshed several times and same thing. If I restart the shows it will play up to the same spot it crashed before. Three different shows on paramount + . Error. Or Error code 3200.
