Peacock Activation

I received a free peacock subscription, and the offer expires today. I tried to activate it but it said my xfinity is already linked to another account. When I tried to login to my peacock account, it wasn't the right one. I don't have access to the other one, what do I do?

Can you please try linking the accounts following the instructions found here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts and once the accounts are linked let me know if you are experiencing the same issue?
