Peacock Lost On Move

I've seen other people have this happen as well. I moved, moved my xfinity services with me, lost access to peacock, and trying to activate it again gives an error that I already have my account linked.

Hello @MyNameHere2, thanks for taking us with you on your move. I'm sorry to hear about your issues with your Peacock subscription. A few things you want to make sure after your move is that your new location is showing as the default account. You can also unlink any inactive accounts as well. Here's more information: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts.

Is your new location showing as the default location?

It's not the first one in the list, so may not be the default, but I don't think it's related to the issue because I was in the proper account when trying to activate peacock and it had a link that said peacock is ready to be activated. But then when trying to do it, it said peacock itself was already linked to another account, meaning my original account. Also, I can't really unlink my original account because it shows me as a high rewards level on it, but I don't thnik that carried over to other accounts.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
