Peacock

On June 25th I received an email "We're giving you another year of Peacock Premium (a $7.99/mo value) at no extra cost".

I went on Peacock to watch a new series and I don't have access unless I upgrade.

Apparently because I changed my Internet speed in September they took away Peacock.

@user_0df549 Thanks for adding a post to the community. For customers with Gig speeds or higher that receive Peacock for free, downgrading the speed removes the reward.

Thank you for the response. That's what I thought.

Sorry to read you were caught off guard by the change in speed affecting your free Peacock subscription @user_0df549. If you'd like to upgrade the speed please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
