Phone app

It appears that my phone app no longer shows the programs that I have recorded on my Xfinity DVR. How do I fix this.

Hi there, @user_p2agxb! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Sorry to hear about the trouble viewing your recordings. To get this back working, I would recommend first, syncing the DVR. You can do that on the X1 Box by going to :

-Settings
-Device Settings
-Sync DVR

If that does not work, please log out of the app, uninstall/reinstall it, then log back in and see if you are able to view the programs and let us know the result.

None of that resolved my issue.  I finally was able to talk to a live person.  After do all the same things with her on the phone.  I was informed that this was a systemic issue across the xfinity network.  It would have been nice if customers affected would have been notified or a text would have gone out stating that if you notice this issue, we are aware of it and working to resolve it.  That would have been helpful and saved me and others hours of time.
