Hello, user_vd9pu7! Thank you for reaching out here for help with the error code you are receiving. To be sure I understand, does this occur when using the Xfinity Stream app? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if it helps?

yes when using the app and yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled still doing the same
