Been getting this for days now. And no turning notifications off DOES NOT work. This seems to only happen when accessing paramount + through comcast. So I would say it is definitely a comcast issue. I have no issues with paramount + unless I go thru comcast. Please don't tell me that turning notifications off fixes it because it does not.
