Prime Video App
We have xfinity internet and a prime video account. We have recently used prime video a few days ago but today when trying to open the app it says xfinity internet required. What happened? We have xfinity internet, and idea?

Go to your TV settings and disconnect from your internet connection.
Restart your modem by unplugging it from the power source and plugging it back in.
